Information We Process
Vehicle reports and uploads: We process files and text you submit (for example, history report PDFs, shop quotes, or symptom descriptions) to run the feature you requested. Content is processed in memory or for a short operational window as needed to complete the job; we do not use your uploads to train public AI models.
Payments: When you pay, Stripe processes payment details. We receive payment status and identifiers needed to fulfill your purchase (for example, Checkout Session ids), not your full card number.
Operational data: We may store minimal technical data needed to run the service, such as rate-limit counters, entitlement flags tied to a payment or session, and server logs. This helps prevent abuse and deliver paid features reliably across deployments.
Analytics & cookies
If you choose Accept analytics on our cookie banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. That may include page views, approximate scroll depth on the home page, when you leave a tab (for example switching apps), and clicks on product entry points (such as TruthAudit, TruthGuide, or QuoteGuard). These events are aggregated; we do not use them for advertising profiles.
If you choose Essential only, we do not load Vercel Analytics and we do not send those engagement events. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and you can change it anytime via Privacy & cookie settings in the site footer.

Third-Party Services
OpenAI: Processes content you submit for AI analysis under our instructions. Review openai.com/privacy.

Redis / KV (Upstash): Short-lived keys for rate limiting and paid-feature entitlements where configured.
Resend: If you use optional email features (for example, feedback on the get-started flow), messages may be sent through Resend. Review resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
International Transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country (for example, when using cloud AI or hosting). Providers we use publish their safeguards and terms.
Your Rights
