Service Description
UsedTruth provides AI-powered analysis of vehicle history reports, DIY planning tools, and shop-quote review features (TruthAudit, TruthGuide, QuoteGuard, and related tools). By using our service, you agree to these terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
Payment
Paid features are priced as shown in the product at checkout. TruthAudit analysis is $0.99 per report where a fee applies. QuoteGuard quote review is $0.99 per paid run where a fee applies. Prices may differ if you use a Stripe Price ID or promotion configured in our systems. Payment is processed by Stripe; payment is required before we deliver the corresponding paid feature. Unless required by law, all payments are final.
Service Limitations
This service provides informational analysis only. Results are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a qualified mechanic before purchasing any vehicle or authorizing repairs. UsedTruth makes no warranties and assumes no liability for purchase or repair decisions.
User Responsibilities
You must provide legitimate vehicle reports and use the service lawfully. Do not upload illegal content or attempt to manipulate our analysis.

Limitation of Liability
UsedTruth's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or analysis that gave rise to the claim, except where a different cap applies in our Legal Disclaimer or applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
